I have perused the accompanying statements made by Wongakan, Leungafuk and Chan Acherung - three felons now undergoing sentence in the Victoria Gaol, taken on the 27th of December before the Honourable C. May.

The case deposed to before the Court against these three Convicts was clear, if the Witnesses are to be believed. The Jury certainly believed them and so did I.
